passwords on forms

I need to create two similar forms using data from the dame table. However access to part of the data on one form needs to be limited. I am not interested in user groups or permissions, just a simple password protect on one of the forms. I can't figure it out using a macro and VB is beyond my capabilities. Any help? Thanx.
