passwords

I am building a personnal database, the manager wants to be able to let his secertary to enter holidays & sicks days taken by the staff but does not want her to be able to see all the personal details.
Is there a way to password different forms, so when a user enters a password to open the database they are restricted to what they can see.
I have looked a users & groups but that restricts all forms and not just certains ones

Why not have a seperate form for holidays and sick so she can add data and have this protection password on other forms.
