passwords

i have posted this idea before and with responses - thanks
what i forgott to state was when i click on a button access will ask for a password - i did this through visual basic on tyhat cammand button - what i want to do is type a password, but not baing able to see it, i.e********
i know that u can type password into input masks in tables, but my form has no tables its a switchboard
any further ideas? thanks

Even an unbound field will allow an Input Mask of "Password". Try it and see if it works.
