Percentages

I have just been asked to create a database based on some questionnaire results and wondered if anyone could help as I'm already stuck!!!

It involves percentages.

Basically I have 200 respondents who have been asked their opinion on 4 snacks- Biscuits, Cake, Icecream and Jelly. They had a choice of 5 answers ranging from very good to very poor. I need to see for each snack what the respondents thought. This has to be shown in percentage and broken down into the five answers given. i.e. what % said Biscuits were Very Good, percentage said it was just good and so forth. I wish to create a query and then eventually a pivot table which shows these results. Maybe the following will make what I need more clearer

Biscuits Cake Icecream Jelly
Total asked 200 200 200 200

Very Good 50% 30% 20% 10%
Good 40% 20% 60% 50%
Average 5 % 10% 20% 20%
Poor 5% 10% 0% 20%
Very Poor 0% 30% 0% 0%

Total % 100% 100% 100% 100%

If anyone can help or give me a clue I would greatly, greatly appreciate it!!!!!!

Calculate your results into a query then run a crosstab query on the results. One last thing to remember with a little though you can union crosstab queries to each other giving totals or other information that might be of interest.
