Hello! I have a database in MS Access and I want to make phone calls through it. Besides the basics fields such as name, surname .... I have an extra field for phone number. So I want to add a command button which I will press to make phone call to the phone number included in the corresponding field.
Through this form I want to have the opportunity to realize direct telephone call. I upload a sample of the database to see it.
Thank you!

I belive you will need to look into the Skype API to do this, if you have IP phones with Avaya/Cisco/InterTel you might also be able to do this if you use there remote users software.

You might want to provide more information about what you want to do, its not as simple as I want to make a call.

As long as you have a dial-up modem installed, you should be able to use this (it may take some work and this says for Access 95/97 but it might work for other versions):

Thank you for your answer. And my own purpose was to use the dial-up modem.
I have visit the link but i didn't succeed. Do you know if i could find an other example? Have you ever used it and succeed? Thanx again.

I have never used it and couldn't even try now because I don't have any modem on any of my computers. I am completely Broadband oriented.

Thank you for your reply. I will be grateful if in the future you will think another solution about that. I have send and in other forum but you are the only one you have a knowlege about this problem and told me an answer.
Is very important for me to give a solution because i need it in my work.
My best wishes.
