Photos in reports

In my Contact form, I have a "photograph" field where sometimes we upload more than one photo.

I have a report set up and the report returns an entry for EACH photo (so if we have 4 photos on file, we get a report line entry for each photo). I only want one entry/photo to show up on the report, even though there may be several photos in the actual record.

Is this possible?

Sounds like you need a Sum (Totals) Query where you use the "First" total control to limit the query output to one record per item.

I wonder whether you are storing multiple photos in the same data record in fields such as Photo1, Photo2, etc ... ? If you are, then there's a better way/structure that would also allow you to "rank" the photos so that the the most preferred photo is always selected.
