I have a database, previously built to cover Structures that the City is working on. Recently they decided they wanted a current photo to be inputted for each structure that is in the database. Is there a quick and easy way (and/or is it even possible) to have a field in a table that holds pictures...and if so, can I create a form so as I navigate through the records whenever I get to one that has no picture I can just select [input pic] (or something similar) and then select the pic to be added to the table in a pic field or some such?
Does anyone know...

And further, once these pics are added to the table, will they print if I include their field in a report AS A pic...???

I assume it can be done, has anyone done this? Help!

Look at the Categories form in the Northwinds database. It show how to get a picture into a form.

I would be more inclined to store your pictures outside of the database in the same directory. Adding bitmaps tends to bloat the size of your database.

The whole procedure is explained in the "solutions" part of the "ACCESS GRAPHIC Powerup" on www.unsoftwareag.com .
