Pictures on buttons - size

I made nice little icons for my buttons, that look oh so nice

but when i transfered the app from laptop to server and run it on desktop comp icons get resized.

Guess it has to do with desktop resolution

How can i avoid this?

I tried with adding commands to playin pictures, but there are problems with focus, so that is not the best solution.

I tried with ico files that contain multiple size icons, but no luck so far

Access not using icons for buttons, it uses images.
Make the same icons for low res screens and replace the button image if the screen resolution is low.
