Pivot Table Data selection (1 Viewer)

Hi Guys,
I have an issue with Excel 2000 and pivot tables. i.e. I have multiple data values in the data field. Sales, Profit and Margin % and can select these from the data drop down list. The problem is if I select just one from the drop down I loose the drop down selection. This only happens on the data selection ? Is there a way to keep the drop down selection enabled so I can still see the unselected values as well as the selected ones even if only one value is selected.

I'm not aware of any way to change that behavior. There are VBA solutions that might work for you.
