Pivot Table Problem

I have a pivot table in an access form. I wrote an on_open macro to refresh the pivot table. This form is posted on our company network, some users can't refresh the data in the pivot table. The error says "problems in obtaining data". Help, please!

Make sure all users have the exact same drive mappings.

I verified the drive letter for the network drive is the same on all machines. All machines are Dell Lattitude CPI with 128 MG of Ram. The Pivot Table updates on 4 of the 5 machines. The 5th one wont update even when openining the database first & only, after a reboot. It looks like a memory problem & I have tried all the suggestions in help to no avail.
