Is this a USA based standard for financial year quarters and if so can I change change this to meet UK quarters where the year (Q1) starts in April?

If you want to shift the quarters where Q1 (Jan/Feb/Mar) will be Q4 and Q2(April/May/Jun) will be Q1 Try using format(dateadd("m",-3,Date()),"Q") will then calculate the "Financial" quarter for you. If you want Q1 instead of 1 use "\QQ" for the format include the year add: "yyyy" Hope that helps you along... Regards
