Pivot Type Report

I need to create a report that is similar to a pivot table. The pivot table function itself is not working for me because it does not look very professional. Basically I need to have a header (with a single value), then a subheader (With three values - min, Avg, Max) with row data and values (this will need to populate out horizontally, instead of the standard vertically). Does anyone know how to do this in a report without using the Pivot table feature.

Any ideas will be helpfull. Thanks.
