Please Anyone help with relationship

Dear all there,

Please help.

I would like to relationship two tables named dbo_ID and Villages (Refer to the attachment). Main purpose is that I would to link Villages to dbo_ID so that eventually I can have all relevant records in dbo_ID relate to X and Y geographical reference in Villages table then I can export the data to a second application for producing the location map.

I would really appriciate for your gently help
