PLEASE HELP.. I NEED A SIMPLE CALCULATION WITHIN 2 HOURS

I need a calculation to add two fields (Stock and Building) and then * another field (Glass) by 5% into one field called Insurance premium:

STOCK + BUILDING * GLASS 5% INTO THE INSURANCE PREMIUM FIELD

Please also tell me where to enter this calculation. Thank you.
