Please help me with query!

Hi
I have to create a query using design view on Microsoft Access.

I have to Find all the customers first name and surname (sort in ascending order) that have a postcode of 2121 (do not show postcode in answer). Save the query as PC2121.

Now i have found that only 2 customers match the criteria (i.e have a most code of 2121) and they are Glen Mason and Belinda Schmidt.

I have however tried entering this in as a query except it is not working (what should i write in the criteria field?)

In the criteria of the postalcode field enter the value "2121"
Do not include the quotes.
