How do I set a value of one object to the value of another object from other form (which is not loaded)?

Set the value to the source of the other object.
(ie.: the field from the table or query that object is related to)

If the other form is not loaded, there won't be anything to set the value from. You must have the loaded in order to get the value.

Question is ... why would you want to do this ???

It would appear that you would end up storing "redundant data" and also it would appear that possibly one field of information would be dependant on another field of information .. which is not a good thing.
