I need some guidance on how I can do the following:-​

Data will be​

************Station1************ Station2 ************ Station3​

Jan : Item1, Item2, Item3 :Item1, Item2, Item3 Item1, Item2, Item3​

Feb ...............’’................................... ’’............................... ’’​

March.............’’................................... ’’............................... ’’​

The items number will change monthly​

Can anyone give me some idea how I could set this up, if it is possible
