Please Help....

I am required to create a program that lets the user selects a txt file and then do a search for a particular word in the file.

Then i have to take all the words found and inserte it into another txt file.

Can anyone help please ? can anyone lead me to where to start ?

I am thinking (no other choice) of using VB
