Please Need Help

Hi,

Searching on this Forum and on net, I've succeeded to send my current record to word, but I still have a problem concerning the Order Details ( Items, Quantity, Price ...). I could not find how to include records of the subfom containing Order details. I've searched but i didn't get reliable results

Can you post a sample of the database that you are having trouble with? (Take out any REAL information)

Thank you for your reply and your interrest.

Attached is the db, would you please have a look on the "frmorders" form.
I want add a command button that enable me to sort all records on the form into a Word document using mailmerge or automation as a Purchase Order. This Word document will be saved with the name of the Order, then i will try to add another fonction to send this purchase order as an attachement with outlook.

Please note that I'm a beginner on Access and this is my first project, also this db is only for testing and experimenting the fonctionnalities tha i will include further to my project.
