I have a report called Packing Slip. When I click on this a dialog box comes up that allows me to enter the info. that will be put onto the packing slip (date, number, etc.) When I fill this info. in, it takes me to the report, but I don't know how to edit the dialog box itself. Anybody?

Depending on the popup box, it could be a couple of things. It could be parameter requests coming from the query that the report is based on. To find out, open the report in design view and go to the query that is listed under the the report's Record Source Propery. There look for something like - [What is the info you want added to report] - in the Criteria line.
If you don't see anything like this, it could be getting it's information from a form that is loaded when a report is opened. Look under the On Open Property for the name of the form that is being loaded. Either of these should point you in the right direction.
