Pop up to corrospond with check box

Hi,

I have a form with five choices that are yes/no check boxes. These pertain to classes that an employee has taken. When I check a box, I would like a field to open where I can enter a date that the class was taken.

Can this be done??

You'd be much easier using a subform and making use of Access's purpose to be a relational database development tool.

With a subform you could easily just select the classes the employee has taken ignoring those they haven't.

Also, with your current structure you may find, in the future, that you have to return to the database to rewrite parts if a new class is added. Or two.
