Populate data from list back to form

Hi

I am a newbie in Access and wanted some help.I have created a small form where i can dump some values.I pulled the values to a list box.

Here's where i am facing the prob.I want to pull the values in the list box back into the fields in the form when I click on one particular line item.And I am unable to do.Please help me out here.Its really important to me.I have zipped it and no personal info present.
