Predictave text for form text boxes linked to tables

Hi all,

I have a table with a list of about 50 employees.
In my form I have a employees value. Is there a way in VB that when I enter the first few letters of the employees name it will predict (from the employees table) what I am about to type? This would save me alot of time. I assume that this could only be done in VB or is there another way.

Why not use a combobox listing all names? That way, the user can select from the list or, when typing in, it will predict.

Yeah, that works fine but not for text boxes unfortunately
