Preview, then Print

In my application, I have hidden all toolbars. This also disables the right-click capabilities. This is what I want. I don't want users accidently (or purposely) fiddling with underlying tables, etc.

At some point, the user will request a report and the report is displayed in Preview mode. Since toolbars are hidden and right-click menus are disabled, how can the user then print the report that is being displayed.

Never thought to try that, but it worked like a charm. The print dialog box came up, just like I wanted. Thanks so much!

You'd be better to create a Custom Tool Bar which is enabled on the OnOpen Report Event. This way all users could do the actions that you think they will need, such as resize, Close or Print. Just a thought.

No need to enable a custom toolbar in the OpenEvent, just attach it to the Report by replacing the standard on the property sheet
