price report

i want a report that will let me total up the amount owed to a company at the end of each fortnight. i would then like the report to stop calculating the price after the fortnight and start again for another fortnight. but none of the fortnights can be overlapping otherswise someone will end up paying twice.
plese help me.

You should probaly add a Date stamp to your table. So that way you can calculate totals per day
