print an import spec - ACCESS 2003 (1 Viewer)

Hello --

I have inherited an mdb which includes import specifications involving many columns.

Can anyone tell me how to print or otherwise display a spec so I don't have to print the screen as I scroll through the spec?

I don't know of any way off hand. Take a look at the documentation tool in the database tools/Analysis option. It may print import/export specs. If it doesn't, you can write your own tool. Under Tools/Options check the box to display system objects. This will make the tables where the specs are stored visible. you should be able to figure out their structure and create a simple report that shows the data you need.
