Hi there,
I am trying to call a crystal report from a url. The report has been loaded on my web server in Crystal Enterprise 10. It is accessing the data from an Access database. The report retrieves the first page of the report fine but when I click on the next page button, I am getting the following error.
Crystal Reports: Print engine error[on Cache/Page Server:servername.pageserver]
I am not sure why I am getting this. I have tried the following :
Installed Crystal Reports Enterprise 10 Service Pack 4
I have also reconfigured my Crystal Page Server service to add the switch –maxDBResultRecords 0, but that too has not worked out for me.
Moreover, when I try exporting to an excel spreadsheet I get the following error :
The request could not be submitted for background processing. File xyz.rpt [on Cache/Page Server:servername.pageserver]
Can anybody please me out. ?
