Print preview of a report not working access2007

I using access 2007 I have a command button on a form that opens a report
that uses a query. When I click the command button it looks like nothing is happening. What I found is that it is opening the report but putting it in the background.Why is it not opening the report and having that asthe main focus?

Use the acDialog argument to put the Preview in PopUp Modal mode.
