Print Preview screen layout - 2010

Hi all.

I looked and looked for this and can't find a thing on it. I'd like to know if I can edit the layout of the print preview screen. Half the screen is taken up with the MS Word 2010 stuff, and the actual document preview only covers half the screen. Is there a possible way to reduce, eliminate or hide the stuff on the left so that I can see more pages of my document at a decent size? THANKS.

What you are seeing is probably the Navigation pane with the document structure, headings etc. Select the VIEW tab at the top of the Word window and you can choose all the options for what can be displayed. as you click on items you will see them appear or disappear.
