Print Preview showing $ although form shows £

I've never used MS Access 2010 before and am in the process of trying to teach myself!!

I want to use the Small Business template and am in the process of manually changing the currency form $ to £.

I've changed my invoice form and there are a couple of dropbox options to view form, print form etc. When I clcik view form, it shows $ signs whereas my actual form has been changed to £. What am I doing wrong?

I'm guessing that the dropbox menu are links to other forms but don't know where these links are to open up those and manually change the currency to £.

Any ideas where I'm going wrong?

Start by looking for Format$() on the report and in the code.

In your controls there is a format option under the format tab - if you set this to 'currency' it should take the currency value the computer has been set to.

I've been going through each "template" within the "Small Business" templates re-setting via the format tab or going into properties within each form, report, query etc and re-setting the currency value. Hoped there would be an easier option to change MS Access 2010 templates to £ values. Thanks for all your help, much appreciated.
