I have a combo box with a list of forms. I want to select a form from that list and print the form. What code do I use on a "button"?

Thanks in advance

DoCmd.OpenReport Me.ComboName,...

Or you could skip the button and place Paul's code in the AfterUpdate event of the Combobox!

You said "FORM" not Report.

Forms are not for printing (although you can if you wish) that is why we have reports.

Is the mention of Forms a mistake?

Good catch, Rain! I missed that, and I guess Paul did, too! Hopefully that was a typo by the OP! He did, after all, speak of printing a Report in the thread title!

Thank you very much for your prompt replies...I put that code behind the "button" and it works perfectly. You were correct when I said about print the "forms", the combo box actually contains a list of reports.....much appreciated....enthusiastic pensioner.

As an all thumbs newbie I have 6-10 forms open in tabs for viewing/checking. How can I use a macro/vb button to print all the open forms to a pdf printer.
The macro I have set up opens the printer box and requests for inputs for each form before printing. Many thanks
