Hi,

Insted of trying to replicate our company stationery (letter-paper?) and make some sort of function to export this as an PDF, why not use the existing reports and forms (used to print) and use a "Print to PDF" software?

Sounds a lot easier to me :)

BUT, I have to find a software that lets me "print" on a template with our company stationery design. Which program can do this?

I've been searcing and google'ing for some time without finding the answer. Maybe you guys can?

Yes, but it would be MUCH easier if the template/stationary "bits" was set by the pdf printer. This is like 20 reports/forms, and I must be able to print both with and without the template bits.

You can get pdf creation software that will place watermarks/ default images - do a search on "pdf creators", however you'll have to pay for them. Gary's suggestion would be quite easy if you created reports with and without stationary and use pdfcreator which is free.

JD

its not as hard a job as it looks - it gettting the first one right

Most of my reports are qry based
so I would have 1 report based on a qry
and then the next report change the qry source amend
if some of the fields ae the same it should (*not always) manage these without too much hassle
