Hi,

I have an application which contains about 100 reports. I have tried printing all of them and for some reason a few will not print. They look fine in Print Preview mode but when I try and print, it looks like it has sent it to the printer but nothing comes out. I can move the report to Word and it prints fine.

Has anybody got any ideas.

Thanks,

Eoin

Is it always the same reports that you have trouble printing? If so there could be some corruption there. Within Access you might want to try going to Tools > Database Utilities > Compact and Repair Database. If that doesn't work I would delete the reports and recreate them from scratch.

I have just noticed that even though I selected the printer in the printer dialog box it is printing to a different printer. Is there anywhere that you set the printer for a particular report.

Thanks,

Eoin

For some reason in the report's page setup, the printer was sent to specific printer. Even though it was set to the correct one it still printed to other printer. I changed it to point to the default printer and it's OK.

Thanks for the help,

Eoin
