Printing Active Record Only

Hi

How do I just print the active record to a report? It is not a continous form. I have but a report button on a form but when I run it, it shows all records, one on each page. I just want the active one only.

I may also be adding a macro inbetween the form and the report to gather some other data.

In the reports recordsource query, reference the forms records primary key field as as parameter -

Great that resricted it to that record. Now the other problem is that that record has multiple entries in the other referenced table, of sales, so I get the list of those entries. IE 5 sales with that reference.

Not sure that this could be easily understood.
