Hi
I have form which contains infomation from diffrent tables
I need to print this form and give it to my surveyor so that he can go out and visit people .
My question is ,Should i print the form
Or turn the form into a report .
I know how to print the form but dont know how to turn that form into a report .
The form is a bit cluttered mith combo boxes ect ,that dont need to show on the final print.

I use a form with a lot of combo boxes and write it out as report. It shows only the contents, not the dropdown triangles for example. I use:
docmd.openform formname, acpreview

Hi Thanks
Im very new to this .
How do i turn this single form which is a record from many into a report .I see you are using code .but i dont understand where and when to place this

Try to print the form with file, print and then select print preview. Is it still showing the comboboxes?
This should have the similar effect.
I even use control buttons in my form, and they don't appear when I print the form
