Printing Forms trouble help!

HI I am relatively new to access
I made about 50 forms entries today and once I hit print I see that the 1st form just continues with the 2nd form... on the first page
maybe im not explaining this to clearly ill try to draw...

DOB | <--- this is all in 1 page

What I want is to print all 50 entries with 50 pages... not with 25 pages... so...

Forms aren't designed with printing in mind, use a Report
