Printing legal size reports

I am using MS Access 2000 and have created some forms in the report section. I also have created a print dialog box but being that the reports are on a network drive, when other people go to print the legal size reports, they print on the letter size sheets instead. Any suggestions so that users can click a button and have all the reports automatically print legal size. Thanks

By the way, Prtdevmode does not work, because I have a mde application. I have searched Microsofts help site but could turn up nothing.
