Hello everyone,
How can I print just one record per page In Report. Everytime that i print my report i see more then one record in one page. I couldn't find a option in the property to avoid that.

Thanks,

in the On Click event of your button for printing the report you need to put this code:

Code:
Dim strDocName As String 'Sets the report to print the current record on the screen
    Dim strWhere As String
    strDocName = "Invoice" 'Report Title
    strWhere = "[CustomerID]= " & Me!CustomerID
    DoCmd.OpenReport strDocName, acPreview, , strWhere

set the Force New page to AfterSection for the Detail section of the Report

I have a report based on customer details with their order details listed below them. How can I ge it to start a new page for each customer? I've tried Force New Page but am probably putting it in the wrong area.

Cheers , Lol

Have a look at this rather por screen shot, (taken over remote desktop on a pc which has no graphics apps whatsoever.)

It might show you where need to put the proprty etc.

Nope, that didn't do it mate. perhaps I need to change the format of my report and play from there. Don't you just love Access?!

Cheers, Lol

Can you zip up your database small enough to post here and Ill have a look at it if you want

I think it's a bit big mate. to be honest it's a minor niggle compared to a couple of others I have but I'm going to post those in the appropriate area.

Cheers, Lol :D
