Question printing options on a report

Can anyone tell me if this is possible:

Can I get access to print out a report that only displays certain info if you have ticked yes to a question?

So if I ticked yes to 'do you want further info' the printout would show the further info but if I left it blank it wouldn't show

Yes. You would need to use a form to capture the user selections, a query to retrieve the data based on the selections and a report based on that query.

Too vague a question to be more precise!

Brillian, thank you neileg that makes sense, as long as I have the process, however vague, I can usually work out the solution. I'll give it a go
