Problem Export Table binary instead of text

Hello,

I do have a problem when I try to export a table as text.

In fact, I have a field where the data come from a text box in the form. I have a make table query and for this field, the data are made in binary code instead of text. Also when I try to export as text file, I have this field in binary.

Does someone has had this kind of problem before ? Is there a solution to that ?
