problem exporting to excel

I have an application that uses the transfer spreadsheet function to export a file to excel. I have one user (out of 20) who get the following message - Cannot delete spreadsheet cells.

I would appreciate any assistance.

this may sound stupid, but try reinstalling Excel on that user's desktop and possibly Access as well. One of them could be corrupt.

dont know if this will help or not...

I found that when exporting to excel that if the file already exists and that the user has modified their copy with some formatting or formula's then the export would fall over..
