problem in repling in my thread (1 Viewer)

I am trying to replay on my thread but i am getting an error message showed in the attachment. i tried sing-out and sing-in and deleted the cookies and change the browser with same result.
any ideas..

There is a limit of 10 posts before you can post links due to potential spammers.
Yours had a link in it, but your post here was number 10 , so you probably could have posted again without an issue now I think of it, but it was a good test anyway.

Don't think so because i just replay to another post by him and it's work fine, it's more likely the hyperlink post limitation for new users.
