Problem with creating New Field

I am trying to create the new field [Ordered] below, but the second IIf statement returns the value "WEBUSER", not the Orgainization Name which I am looking for. I have tried to rewrite it a couple of different ways but nothing seems to work. Can someone help. Here is my statement:

Ordered: IIf([ORDERTAKENBY] Like "RMT*",[Organization Name],[ORDERTAKENBY])

Run this query (replace YourTableNameHere with your table's name):

 SELECT IIf([ORDERTAKENBY] Like "RMT*",[Organization Name],[ORDERTAKENBY]) AS Ordered, [ORDERTAKENBY], [Organization Name] FROM YourTableNameHere;

That will show all the relevant data. From that query post a few rows of data that aren't what you expected and tell us what you do expect.
