Problem With Creating Snapshot Files

For some reason, I can no longer create snapshot files of my Access reports. I used to be able to do it on my computer.

I have downloaded the recent snapshot download from microsoft.com but have had no luck.

Can anyone help?

Microsoft Office Access Snapshot Viewer is part of MS Office professional. Try to reinstall the viewer using your MS Office CD's.

The viewer is just that, a Viewer! it has nothing to do with creating them.
What happens when you try to create them?
any error messages?
does it create a file?

Access displays the message box saying it is printing the report. It completes, but no file is made and there are no error messages either!

Odd, could be an instalation problem I suppose. Does the print notification list the right path?
