problem with displaying the records

hello everybody!
I am working on a project in access
I run it on access 2003 and 2010
and there is an annoying bug that makes the rows be messed up

that is the way it should be:
i866.photobucket.com/albums/ab221/qwerz98/11.jpg

and that's the way it seem when the bug appear:
i866.photobucket.com/albums/ab221/qwerz98/22.jpg

and when I try to edit, the whole table is Messed up:
i866.photobucket.com/albums/ab221/qwerz98/33.jpg

I'm sorry but I cannot think of anybody that would say that you have provided enough info on the matter. Please give more info.

sometimes when I enter a form that include subform which shows the records,
whole the rows messed up (you can see it in the images)
it isn't happen all the time and to get rid of it I need to refresh the page
or move to another record in the main form and then return to the first record again

(in my opinion it isn't programming problem)
