Problem with form updating tables

Hello!

I am trying to create a form that adds two records to the same table using the same subform repeated twice... (ie leaf 1 and 2)

I'm quite new to access, but am thinking that a better way might be to use and unbound form with VBA code to update the required tables?

I have attached a zip of the database file if this helps.
