problem with MS Access

when i am trying to open MS Access database.I am getting the following error.Database is there in UK and i am trying to access from India.I got all the permission to access the database.I am able to access the same data base when i was in UK.Please give me some solution.
ping and telnet are working.

"Access can not open this file."
The file is locted out side your intranet or an untrusted site.Microsoft will not open due to potential security problems.
To open this file copy it in to your local machine or accessble network location. "

This is the message iam getting.Please advice me.

Size of database is 254MB.Is there any special type of settings i need to do in MS Access to open it from here????

Could this be a problem with security settings on your browser?
Not sure, but I have had problems accessing sites due to security settings on my browser before.

Try copying a file to the same directory as your Access database,
opening it & deleting it.
You should have these permissions.

Thanks for your reply.That is a online database so that i can't copy that database to my local system. I think i understood what i am saying.
