Problem with table structure :( Help me out

You table structure is fine because using the form as I had it in the sample I sent, you should be able to record the attendance.

What specific problem are you having?

Thanks again. My problem is how can I get those designated amount (from Duty sites table) if someone works in different sites with different designation. My whole concern is I need to get those value at the end depend on their attendance. Please advice if I have to modify my table structure to get those outcome as attachment.

No, you should not have to modify your table structure to get those values. Each value is realated to a site.

You get that information by designing a query that will produce it for one individual or you create the guery to product the information for all individuals and then use that query in a report where you can group the data from the query and have the report show the results for each individual.

I tried to built a query for that but everytime its showing with all values. Please see my attached query. No idea how to create it :confused:
