In the meantime...

First picture problem 1...
- Change to query by adding the table that holds the Company Name and add that field to your query that is the RowSource for your List Box.

Second picture problem 2...
- Use DMax() on the Before_Insert of your form to get that value...

DMax("YourIDField","YourTable") + 1
