Program of data transfer

Hello everybody!

Ok I have a Report, but I wish to learn how I can create it with program methodes (and to put in other applications (Word, etc)) .

I guess it's not very difficult, but I get stuk in question of groupping and sorting.

Give me a clue please of easiest way of doing it.
